Yash Chitneni
My life motto is Create Serendipity.
Now
Role
I'm leading GTM at Alpha School.
I'm also focused on a public recomposition of my body, every day measured at yash.is/getting-juicy.
Direction
I'm a delusional optimist by nature, and having spent the last year surrounded by people building the future of education, I'm genuinely excited about the future that kids get to grow in.
It gave me a north star for the next two decades too: become a man who leads, leaves something behind, and acts as a steward for the next generation as they navigate AI and being human.
It starts at home. I don't have a kid yet, so right now that means building it into the people and spaces around me, so that when I do, the habit's already there. I want to be a great dad, and I want to build spaces where other people's kids get to thrive too.
Building
My current focus on Brain Building Beats (ceiling projection and sound for a baby's first year), is the first concrete move in that direction. First release is in development. The product mind behind it is Hutch.
Community
I'm also a co-founder of Men in the Arena, an Austin men's brotherhood whose mission is to provide challenges for men to become better leaders/husbands/dads in their everyday life. We've got a race coming up where we are raising money for our growing support of Ainsley's Angels, a non-profit that pairs runners with Angel Riders (athletes with disabilities) so everyone can feel the wind of a race and cross the finish line. Work
Some of the more interesting things I've worked on:
- Alpha School: Two-hour learning followed by life skills.
- Dear Kid Books: Personalized storybooks with your kid's face in them.
- Radio Room: Built my first fully automated podcast studio.
- Athlete lane: 4 HYROXes. 2 half marathons. 1 30k.
